Nicole Kung is certified in personal training, powerlifting, and stretch therapy. Additionally, she is trained to coach flexibility, strength, resistance, neuromuscular re-education, mobility, posture, balance, functional movements, conditioning, corrective exercises, and nutrition.
As stretching after activity is an integral part of your workout and daily regimen, Nicole’s programs include teaching the most beneficial targeted stretches and focused breathing exercises to support physical activity, optimal flexibility, and stress reduction. Nicole designs and tailors programs, combining these disciplines, to meet each client’s capabilities and objectives. She caters to all fitness levels, from the novice looking to begin an exercise program to the more advanced athlete and powerlifters aiming to advance their training to the next level. Through her highly effective and sustainable methods, clients’ programs continually evolve to match and maximize their progress, elevate muscular function, prevent plateaus, rebalance the body, and reduce injury risk.

What to Expect During Personal Training & Flexibility Coaching Sessions
After an initial assessment, Nicole creates a customized program. She provides detailed instructions and monitors exercises on a weekly basis, offering support and accountability. In between appointments, Nicole suggests a program of cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises to follow at home through a convenient mobile app that includes video demonstrations. Nicole’s training and coaching sessions occur at The Fit Faction, a private gym located in Chelsea, of which she is a co-owner.
